February Speaker: Jane Willis
Jane Willis has raised two sons to adulthood, nursed two parents to their deaths, and has been married to the same man for 25 years. She has struggled to balance the pressures of a career with the demands of being a wife and a mother. She has been through seasons of extreme passion for the Lord, and seasons of uncertainty about His reality and His will for her life. In short, she is a woman, like you, who looks for meaning and purpose in all that is around her. Currently, she is the Dean of Student Affairs at Newberry College, focusing on developing programming and student experiences designed to enhance a student’s understanding of themselves and their passions, leading to relevant and meaningful career and personal growth. She and her husband Mike, owner and CEO of Z93 The Lake, live in Leesville, SC on beautiful Lake Murray.
Please join us to hear Jane speak on the value of a faith-based, liberal arts education mixed with a discussion of the fruit of the spirit and how those things add up to what employers want in young professional hires.
